We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to submit a return application within 14 days upon receipt of your items.

Items must be returned in their original condition as delivered: unworn, unused, intact with original tags and undamaged original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with detailed instructions regarding parcel delivery methods and drop-off locations. Unsolicited returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Kindly inspect your order upon delivery. If the items are defective, damaged or incorrect items are delivered, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and provide a proper resolution.

Certain categories of goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants), custom-made personalised items, and personal care cosmetic products. Promotional discounted merchandise and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Notwithstanding the above clauses, customers shipping orders to the European Union are entitled to cancel orders or return goods without reason within 14 days under the EU cooling-off rule. Items must comply with the aforementioned return requirements: unworn, unused, complete with original tags and original packaging, accompanied by valid purchase proof.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned goods to confirm whether your refund application is approved. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment account within 10 working days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer for the funds to be credited to your account.
