Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Rate Standard


We divide delivery destinations into Mainland China and International Regions (all countries & areas outside Mainland China)，all shipping fees are calculated in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar):

  1. Delivery to Mainland China

    Fixed flat shipping fee: HKD 10 per single order, no free shipping threshold temporarily.
  2. International Shipping (Countries outside Mainland China)

  • Standard flat shipping cost: HKD 50 per single order
  • Free worldwide shipping: Orders with subtotal ≥ HKD 500 enjoy complimentary shipping automatically at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Period


  1. Order processing: We will arrange shipment within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. Delivery time varies by destination:
    • Mainland China: Around 3–7 working days after dispatch
    • International destinations: Normally 7–25 working days, subject to local logistics efficiency, customs clearance and regional delivery arrangements.


3. Important Supplementary Notes


  1. Import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and other local charges generated during international customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient. We will not cover relevant tariff expenses.
  2. Incorrect delivery address, uncollected parcels, recipient refusal of receipt caused return & reshipping costs shall be undertaken by customers.
  3. We will send tracking number via shop notification/email once the parcel is dispatched; you can track logistics status online in real time.
  4. If your order meets the free shipping requirement, the system will automatically waive the shipping fee on the checkout page, no manual coupon needed.

4. Exception Handling


For abnormal logistics delays, lost or damaged parcels during transit, please contact our customer service via store message within 7 days after receiving the tracking number, we will verify and resolve problems for you as soon as possible.
