1. Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Time
Overseas Orders
A flat shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged for all overseas orders, with an estimated delivery window of 5 to 15 working days.
Free global shipping is offered to all orders with a subtotal over HK$500.
Domestic Orders
A fixed shipping cost of HK$10 applies to every domestic order.
2. Delivery Period Remarks
The stated 5–15 working days cover product production, international customs clearance and local final delivery. Slight delivery delays may happen due to customs inspections, local logistics peak seasons or unforeseen logistical emergencies, which are out of our control.
3. Parcel Tracking Service
After your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may check real-time logistics status at any time.
4. After-sales Policy for Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel gets lost in transit or arrives with damaged goods, please take complete photos of the outer mailer, products and shipping label, then contact customer service right away. We provide full-track after-sales support, and you can choose either complimentary re-delivery or a full refund.

6. Customs Duties & Import Tax Notice
Any import duties, value-added tax and customs clearance fees levied by local customs authorities shall be paid by the buyer, following the tax rules of your receiving country or region.
