Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Conditions
- If an item has a quality issue, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Please provide relevant photos as proof.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm there are no quality issues.
