Shipping Policy


  1. Shipping Rate Standard

    Delivery destinations are divided into Mainland China and International Regions (all countries and areas outside Mainland China). All shipping fees are calculated in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar):

    Delivery to Mainland China: Flat rate – Free shipping

    International Shipping (countries outside Mainland China): Standard flat shipping fee: HKD 50 per order

    Free worldwide shipping: Orders with merchandise subtotal ≥ HKD 777 will automatically enjoy free shipping at checkout.

  2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

    Order Processing: We will arrange shipment within 1–3 working days upon payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Delivery time varies by destination:

Mainland China: Approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch

International Regions: Normally 7–15 working days, depending on local logistics efficiency, customs clearance progress and local delivery arrangements.

  1. Important Supplementary Notes

    Import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and other local charges incurred during international customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for any relevant tariff expenses.

    Return and reshipping costs caused by incorrect delivery address, undelivered parcels or recipient refusal to accept the parcel shall be undertaken by the buyer.

    Once the parcel is dispatched, we will send the tracking number via shop notification / email. You may check the logistics status online in real time.

    If your order meets the free shipping threshold, the system will automatically waive the shipping fee on the checkout page; no manual coupon is required.

  2. Handling of Exceptions

    In case of abnormal logistics delays, lost or damaged parcels during transit, please contact customer service via shop message within 7 days after receiving the tracking number. We will verify and resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.
